Biography:
After serving as a federal prosecutor in both: the United States Air Force, Judge Advocate General Corps, for over 4 years and as a Special Assistant to the United States Attorney in the Eastern District of North Carolina for over 2 years, Mr. Mitchell J. Howie reopened his private practice in 2009.
In 2015 Huntsville Attorney Mitchell J. Howie was selected as a member of the Nation’s Top One Percent of attorneys by the National Association of Distinguished Counsel. One of the best family lawyers in Huntsville, Mitchell J. Howie was also recognized as one of the Top 10 under 40 of Alabama Family Lawyers by the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys.
