Greeting clients upon arrival

Updating client information into database

Scanning and organizing documents

Maintaining an electronic and physical filing system of open, closed, and archived files.

Document pickup and delivery

Shredding documents

Assisting with scheduling client appointments as needed

Maintain supply inventory and restocking of supplies

Experience and skills required for a successful candidate:

High school diploma or equivalent

Must be legally able to work in the United States

Must have driver’s license and reliable transportation

Strong customer service skills

Exceptional communication skills over the phone and in person

Ability to multi-task

Ability to work well with others

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Capability of working independently

Technology skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, Adobe and Cloud-based Document Storage

Maintaining confidentiality regarding client/attorney information

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
