The CLE will be at the Elbert H. Parsons Law Library from 11:45 am - 1:15 pm.  Lunch will be provided by Jeff Irby, Bankruptcy Attorney, and the HMCBA for the first 100 people from 11:45 - 12:15 from Dallas Mill Deli. CLE presentation will be from 12:15 - 1:15.  Paralegals are welcome to come.  This course has been approved by the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Commission of Alabama for one hour of non-ethics credit.
