You'll draft legal documents such as Revocable Living Trusts, Wills, Financial and Health Care Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, probate administration documents, Medicaid Planning documents, guardianships, conservatorships, adoptions, deeds and affidavits, organize files for trial preparation, and keep case files and other important information neatly organized and easily accessible. Qualifications If you’re selected for this position, you’ll have a strong background in Windows, Microsoft Word and word processing, being self-directed, possessing initiative, excellent at follow-up, management, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. A minimum of three years working as a paralegal in a law office is preferred, with an estate planning/elder law background preferred.
